Montessori Activities by Age, Not Guesswork

Age-by-age Montessori activities that hold up outside a classroom, organized by what a child is actually working on right now, not generic milestone charts.

Most of what is here uses things already in the house. Seasonal and sensory projects live in their own section rather than mixed in with the core activities.

What Makes an Activity Worth Repeating

  • One clear skill at a time
  • Uses what is already in the house
  • Five minutes or less to set up
  • Ends in a way the child can reset alone

Prep Time Is the Real Barrier

An activity that takes twenty minutes to prepare rarely survives a busy week, no matter how good it looks in a photo. The ones that actually get repeated took less time to set up than to do.
